Product Descriptions Malfunction

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered due to the product being inaccurate according to the described product of which you ordered, please contact us at mountainrosebot@gmail.com and return the product in an unused condition, so we can send you the correct product.

Shipping Mishap

If you open your received order and the item inside is broken or badly damaged, please contact us at mountainrosebot@gmail.com and send your previous item back, so we can send you new product for no extra shipping cost. Mountain Rose Botanicals is not liable if your item is lost in transit.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please do so by doing this in our online store. If you have ordered product and you cannot cancel the order, please refer to our 'refunds' section in the 'Support' tab of this website.
